Orders can be cancelled within 14 minutes of being placed. Fill in the form below with:

• the subject/first line: CANCEL #[your order number] (e.g. CANCEL #1001)
• the email you used at checkout

Requests received after 14 minutes can't be cancelled, but you can still return your order within 14 days of delivery — see our Refund Policy.
